Enterosgel is sold in Turkish pharmacies under the same brand name, in tubes and sachets. A local alternative called Enterosil may also be available. Take 1–1.5 tablespoons three times a day between meals. Unlike Smecta, it does not cause constipation.

For nausea and vomiting, Turkish pharmacies carry Metpamid (metoclopramide, equivalent to Cerucal/Reglan) in 10 mg tablets. Take 30 minutes before meals. It can cause drowsiness, so avoid driving after taking it.
