Another guest described two stays in the previous year: arrival at 07:30 with check-in by 11:30, and arrival at 10:00 with check-in by 13:00. Early access was reported to depend on room availability, including availability in the booked category.

One guest reported that during a stay in the previous year, they arrived at 10:00 and received a sea-view room by 13:00, despite having booked a city-view room.

Guests report that the hotel may strictly keep the standard 14:00 check-in time; access to a room earlier may require a substantial extra payment. Wristbands are issued immediately, so hotel services are available before check-in except for the room itself.

One approach for an arrival around 08:00 is to have breakfast and then ask reception again to check for vacant rooms. One guest was checked in early this way, though the room provided was older.

A guest reported paying an extra US$100 for early check-in together with an upgrade from the originally booked standard room to a two-room unit.
