TL;DR
At many pebble-beach resorts in Turkey the sea entry is rocky with large boulders, and the metal pier ladders get slippery — tricky for toddlers, though adults usually don't mind.
Pier ladders are slippery: a traveler saw a man fall while entering the water carrying a child. Not recommended for toddlers, but adults usually find swimming from the pier convenient.
The beach is cramped, sunbeds are limited, and large boulders near the water entry/exit can easily hurt your feet, especially in the area under the pier.
Parents asked in advance whether it's possible to enter the sea with a 2.5-year-old — according to other guests' reviews, the rocky seabed makes it difficult.
