TL;DR
Usually yes, but it depends on hotel occupancy: some resorts issue wristbands right after registration, while others make you wait until 12:00–14:00. Early check-in is often paid, and breakfast or lunch access before you get a room may be free or may require an extra fee.
If you arrive around 10:00, many Turkish all-inclusive resorts will register you at reception, give you wristbands, and let you use the grounds, pool, and bars even if the room is not ready yet. Official check-in is usually from 14:00.
Early check-in at resort hotels in Turkey is usually not guaranteed without an extra fee: if a clean room is available, they may check you in right away, but if the hotel is full, you will need to wait. A common early check-in surcharge is about €20–50 or the equivalent in TRY.
Meal access before you get your room varies by hotel: some let you go straight to breakfast or lunch with the wristband, while others start meal access only after actual check-in. If it is not included, they may offer a one-time paid lunch instead.
If they do not give wristbands before the room is ready, you can usually still leave your luggage in the luggage room, change in the spa area or a shared restroom, and wait on the property. This is standard at beach hotels in Antalya, Alanya, and Kemer.
It is best to message the hotel 1–2 days before arrival and confirm three things: whether they issue wristbands before 14:00, whether lunch is included on arrival day, and how much early check-in costs. That reduces the chance of confusion at reception.
