Do hotels in Turkey clean rooms every day?

Daily cleaning happened but was fairly superficial — guests could ask staff to clean specific spots more thoroughly. Towels and bed linens were changed every day. The (old) fridge was restocked daily, but only with 1.5L of water.

At another hotel, towels were replaced daily, and staff cleaned the bathroom and balcony and vacuumed the room every day. Bed linens, however, were changed only twice during the stay rather than daily.
Daily cleaning and water replenishment worked without issues. If housekeeping arrived but only water was needed, simply telling them to skip the cleaning was enough — they would leave the water and go.
Housekeeping quality can be inconsistent — staff may use dirty mops and move personal belongings around. Some guests prefer to skip cleaning entirely. A practical gap: rooms often lack a broom and dustpan, which would be handy when kids track in sand from the beach.
