How do you get to the beach if it's not on the hotel property (Turkey)?

TL;DR
Three options: a walking path (about 20 minutes, hard with strollers), a paved road with a beach shuttle train from a nearby hotel, or a local minibus (dolmus, about 3 km, runs irregularly). Crossing the road to the beach is often dangerous with no marked crosswalks.
The beach is close to the hotel, but reaching it means crossing a busy road with no marked crosswalks, in two stages — first to a narrow green median, then across the rest. Traffic moves fast, which can be stressful with active kids or teens.
The minibus (dolmus) to the beach covers about 3 km downhill (and the same uphill on the way back), but it runs irregularly and can be absent for a long time. Walking back uphill in the heat is tough, so plan timing in advance.
There are two routes to the beach: a shorter dirt path (often described as a "20-minute walk," though it's harder in practice, especially with a stroller) and a longer paved road where a small shuttle train from a neighboring hotel picks people up to the beach.
