Is Dolphin Platinum in Turkey a good hotel for families with young children and teenagers?

Family facilities include a trampoline playroom near the dining area, an outdoor play area, a mini club and a slide playground by the water park. Children liked the water-park playground, although broken stairs and swings were reported.

The mini club and children’s disco may not be engaging for every child: one five-year-old who normally loves kids’ clubs was bored and chose to watch television instead.

The waterslides were a major draw for an older child, but one guest reported they operated for about five hours daily and sometimes closed 10–15 minutes early. With large crowds, usable slide time was closer to 4.5 hours.

Long queues were reported at the trampolines: with only one trampoline operating, children had roughly three-minute turns in groups of three, and waits could exceed 30 minutes. The trampoline room was also described as dirty.

Family-friendly highlights included a fridge with children’s drinks, visiting entertainers, magic acts and shows. However, a guest did not see lifeguards at the children’s slide pool, so parents should supervise children particularly closely.

At Dolphin Platinum, service and food receive very positive feedback. There is a kids’ club for younger children, but teenagers may find there is not enough to do, and the evening entertainment was not rated highly.
