TL;DR
All-inclusive food in Turkey is usually varied — grill twice a day, fresh fruit, pasta and desserts — though some Turkish-style dishes and spices may not suit every palate; picky eaters and kids can still always find something to eat.
At a family-oriented resort the food is varied — both adults and kids always found something to eat. Fresh fruit is available, and by the pool you can get corn or waffles with ice cream and fruit. The hotel's separate coffee shop reportedly makes better coffee than the main restaurant. Not all pastry-style desserts were a hit, but baklava was consistently good.
One traveler chose the Asrin hotel largely because of its food and was very satisfied. Grill dishes, including good salmon, are served twice a day — rare even among 5-star hotels — and cherries are available in good quantity every day.
Food quality at all-inclusive resorts is subjective, but travelers generally have no trouble finding something to eat. As a price reference for dining outside the hotel, dinner for two at a restaurant cost about 130,000 (Turkish lira), more generous than expected.
