TL;DR
Water in Turkish waterparks is cooler than the air temperature but manageable — the key is to keep moving and use the slides rather than standing still.
Water is cooler than the air, but comfort is subjective — most people find it fine to get in.
Waterpark pools are always on the cool side. The best way to warm up is to keep riding the slides. Another option: stand under the tipping bucket — after that, the pool temperature won't bother you at all.
Shallow pools, sunny conditions. Water feels cool at first but you adjust quickly if you use the slides rather than standing in the pool. Arriving around 11am works well.
