TL;DR
Most Turkish all-inclusive hotels supply toothbrush/paste and body lotion, but irons are rarely available (paid pressing service only) — bring a travel steamer. Pack slippers and swimwear on top of your suitcase for easy access on arrival.
Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided free in rooms (soft bristles); sometimes hotels give more sets than needed, e.g. 3 sets for 4 guests.
If booking through an intermediary rather than directly with the tour operator, complaints about the hotel can be escalated to the carrier/operator, who will follow up with the hotel.
Beach bags aren't standard in the room but can be requested at reception — some hotels give them out as a souvenir.
A bathrobe isn't always automatically provided — ask at reception if you need one.
Pack slippers and swimwear on top of your backpack or suitcase so you can grab them right after arrival without digging through your luggage.
Rooms usually don't have an iron; paid pressing service is available at reception. It's better to bring a handheld clothes steamer.
Body lotion is usually included in the room's toiletry kit, but many travelers still bring their own; if missing, just ask staff for more.
