TL;DR
Zeus Hotel generally satisfies guests: food is varied, WiFi runs 24/7, and AC works, though with quirks. Downsides include poor front desk service and a couple of broken amusement park rides.
Early check-in at 10am was granted for free even for the most basic room in the main building. Most staff speak Russian, and issues were resolved quickly through the GR manager. All alcohol served was imported. Food variety is good if you don't overload your plate on day one. Two rides in the amusement park are out of order, and minor wear is visible in places.
A room door lock malfunctioned, and the front desk issued three replacement key cards without offering to come check in person. Eventually a staff member opened it with a tool, and a technician fixed it minutes later with a knock. No apology was offered despite multiple trips to reception — the attitude of the desk staff was a clear low point.
WiFi is available 24/7 across the property. The one outage was caused by a damaged cable affecting the whole area, not just the hotel. Signal drops slightly at the entrance to the Zeus building but is stable inside rooms. AC runs continuously, though the setup is unusual — guests leave one key card in the room to keep it running while they're out.
The beach has a gradual entry into the sea, making it suitable for families with young children who stay close to shore. Swimming out just 10 meters puts you away from the crowds on gentle waves. The hotel grounds are well-kept and attractive. Food quality is below luxury hotel standards but always offers enough variety — no one goes hungry. Coffee was not tested.
