TL;DR
Most common complaints are cockroaches in rooms, weak AC, no hot water, noisy road-facing rooms, and repetitive food; quality varies a lot depending on floor and specific room.
Food is repetitive: no porridge at breakfast for a full 7 days, no fish served at all, and only puree-style soup offered at lunch with no alternatives.
Beach loungers are limited and arranged in 2 rows, cigarette butts scattered around; lobby wifi is weak.
Even in an upgraded sea-view room (paid extra), there were water supply interruptions and poorly working plumbing; bedding and towels were worn out. Overall the hotel is rated as a weak 3-star despite being sold higher.
If you check in late (after 11pm), dinner service is already over and there's no drinking water in the room — travelers had to walk to a mini-market.
The first room offered on the 1st floor had a cockroach; after complaining, guests were moved to a 3rd floor room facing the road — very noisy, but insect-free.
No hot water at all, guests had to shower cold; the room felt stuffy and the AC was weak but still made it possible to sleep.
A positive 3-week experience: 2nd floor room with sea view, quiet and well-functioning AC, daily cleaning, working plumbing, good water pressure, and no cockroaches spotted at all.
