TL;DR
Most Turkish hotels stock shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion and a shower cap, but toothpaste and toothbrushes are usually NOT provided — bring your own.
Rooms typically have 3 small bottles — shampoo, shower gel, conditioner — plus a couple of wrapped soap bars.
Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided in rooms — pack your own before the trip.
Standard bathroom set: mini shampoo/gel bottles, dispenser soap by the sink and shower, body lotion, cotton swabs, cotton pads and a disposable shower cap.
Only 2 sets of towels may be given at check-in even for 3 guests — ask reception for more if needed, they bring them quickly.
If you need a second blanket instead of one shared double blanket, just ask — it's brought on request.
Housekeeping isn't always perfect: bed linens may be changed infrequently and sandy floors aren't wiped daily — remind housekeeping if needed.
