Where to look for lost property at a hotel in Turkey when reception has not found it?

Start on floor A: there is a lost-property basket near a service room. Ask a staff member to check inside the room as well, as bags of items removed from the basket may be kept there.

At reception, ask staff to check not only the desk area but also the cabinet used for items handed in directly by guests or employees.

In the pool area, check the lounger between the cafeteria and the indoor-pool windows; guests reported that forgotten belongings may be placed there in a bag.

Another reported spot is by the children’s pool with slides: face the pool and look to the left, on the concrete edge beside the bushes bordering the kids’ club.

On the beach, check the lounger near the utility rooms: go left through the tunnel toward the changing rooms and look on the service-area side. Forgotten items may also be left there.

If reception has no record of the item, do not stop there: one guest did not find a cap in the reception drawer, while another did not recover a sweatshirt even after checking the basket. Inspect every reported storage point systematically.
