TL;DR
Rooms facing the highway (both sides, including the Ruby side) are noisy 24/7. Request a sea-facing room on a lower floor — 3rd floor is quieter than 5th.
In building D, the hairdryer is weak and blows very hot air — drying hair takes 20–30 minutes and still leaves it damp. Road noise varies by floor: 3rd floor is noticeably quieter than 5th. There is an ATM nearby; ask reception for the exact location.
In summer it's too hot to sleep with the balcony open at night, so most guests use air conditioning with the balcony closed. Rooms near the road are noisy on both sides — the Ruby side and the opposite side. It's best to request a sea-facing room at check-in.
Highway noise is constant, 24 hours a day — guests should be prepared for this in advance. The balcony is deep and comfortable, with most of it in shade, which partially compensates for the noise.
