TL;DR
For a quieter stay, choose a non-top-floor room in the main building; a second-floor pool-view room was reported as a good option. Avoid rooms facing the neighboring hotel, where loud music can continue late into the night.
A standard room on the second floor of the main building overlooking the pool was a relatively quiet choice. Pool entertainment starts at around 10:00, so it should not disturb early-morning sleep.
Avoid the top floor if stairs are inconvenient, as the elevator does not reach it. Request a room below the highest floor when booking or checking in.
The noisiest rooms are those facing the neighboring hotel, where late-night music can be very loud. Even in the main building, music from the pier may be faintly audible until about 1:00 am.
