Are there ATMs at Sabiha Gokcen Airport and can you pay by card everywhere in Istanbul?

In the transit zone of Sabiha Gokcen, ATMs are uncertain — there are duty-free shops, but one traveler didn't notice any ATMs there. However, at the airport exit ATMs are definitely available.

You can't always negotiate paying cash instead of card — in one case the cashier refused cash payment, while another time it worked. It seems to depend on the specific staff member.

At one place they paid in cash right away without checking for a card terminal — but there likely was one, since a nearby cafe definitely accepted cards.
