Best shopping malls and outlet centers in Istanbul

The closest large shopping mall to the city center is Cevahir, right at the Şişli metro stop. For street shopping, İstiklal Avenue and the Nişantaşı district offer a dense mix of brand stores without needing a mall.

For discounted brand-name goods, head to the outlet centers: 212 Power Outlet and Venezia Mega Outlet are the most popular. Olivium is another large outlet worth checking out.

There is a large Nike store on İstiklal Avenue, easy to combine with a walk through the city center.

Cycling gear, clothing, helmets, and parts are concentrated in the historic bike district of Sirkeci (Fatih), on Mimar Kemalettin Cd. and nearby side streets just behind the train station — dozens of specialist shops in one area.
