TL;DR

In Istanbul, Yandex Go has no separate "kids" tariff — you get a regular car without a child seat, so parents either bring their own booster seat or hold the child on their lap.

Yandex Go in Istanbul has no dedicated child-seat tariff — the ride is booked as a standard trip and the car arrives without a car seat.

Parents traveling with a child ended up just booking a regular taxi without a special seat, since that's the common practice in the city.

The question about taking a taxi with a 6-year-old came up because regular Istanbul taxis don't come equipped with child car seats by default.
