TL;DR

Promotions at Gratis and Watsons are usually tied to their loyalty schemes: ask for a Gratis Kart or Watsons Card in store or use the app. Registration may require a Turkish phone number, so check with the cashier before shopping.

At Gratis, ask the cashier about a Gratis Kart, which unlocks member prices and recurring beauty promotions. Gratis branches are found in major Istanbul malls including İstinyePark, Cevahir and Zorlu Center.

At Watsons, ask about a Watsons Card or the Watsons Türkiye app: discounts often appear as club prices and personal coupons. Show the card number or app barcode to the cashier before paying.

If you do not have a Turkish phone number, do not rely on being able to join a loyalty programme at the last minute: rules can vary by chain and branch. Ask the cashier whether a foreign number is accepted or whether the current public promotion is available without membership.
