Generally no — premium brands and global labels in Istanbul cost roughly the same as in Europe or even more. Decathlon is a slight exception, with prices a bit lower than European stores.

Turkish Decathlon is slightly cheaper than European stores, but for other global brands the difference is minimal or nonexistent. For example, Adidas women's sandals on Trendyol were around 4,500 TRY in winter and 5,999 TRY in summer — roughly equivalent to $100 on the global site or €100 in Germany.
