Is private beach access included at seaside hotels in Turkey, and how much do waterfront rooms cost?

Guests at an unnamed hotel reported that the beach was 7–10 minutes away, with a shuttle running almost continuously.

At one of the discussed hotels, the beach is very small, causing problems with lounger availability. If the main goal of the trip is a beach/sea vacation, this particular hotel is not suitable for that.

Package options available without an extra charge included Club Hotel Sera, Siam Elegance, and Sealife Buket Beach. The feedback also noted that the selection was not considered attractive, and some travelers even asked to cancel the tour instead of taking these hotels.

Travelers said there are plenty of hotels along the waterfront, with a typical price around 9,000 RUB for a triple room including breakfast. That gives a useful baseline budget for staying by the water.

If a hotel has its own private beach, guests can usually use it at no extra cost. Travelers specifically had a positive stay at a beach hotel on Büyükada; if a hotel does not have its own beach, you should expect to pay separately for beach access.
