For a wide photograph of Rumeli Fortress, head to Anadolu Hisarı on the Asian side of the Bosphorus. It faces Rumeli and provides a clear opposite-bank view.

If you want a full waterside photo of the fortress, take a Bosphorus boat cruise. From the waterfront immediately beside Rumeli Hisarı, it is too close for a wide shot.
