TL;DR
There is no single elevator connecting M11 and M2. You must take the elevator up from M11 to the concourse level, walk through an underground passage (~10 minutes), then take a separate elevator down to M2.

There is no single elevator running from the M11 platform all the way to M2. The accessible route requires taking the elevator from M11 up to the concourse/ticketing level, then walking through the underground connecting corridor, and finally using a separate elevator to reach the M2 platform.
