Where does the Havaist bus from Istanbul Airport (IST) stop for Sultanahmet, and is there an equivalent route from Sabiha Gökçen Airport?

For travel from Istanbul Airport (IST) to Sultanahmet, check the stop on the Havaist map: the route has resumed, but passengers are dropped at a new location rather than at Sultanahmet Square.

Large buses are currently used on the Sultanahmet service. Previously, smaller vehicles could get closer to the square, while passengers on larger buses had to walk from a bus stop; since the stop was moved, smaller buses have not been seen on the route.

Do not expect Havaist to take you directly to Sultanahmet Square: regardless of bus size, drop-off is at the location shown on the operator’s map.
