Where to buy IQOS heets and vapes in Istanbul?

Selling IQOS heets and vapes is completely banned in Turkey. The only realistic way to find them is to walk around small tobacco shops and ask the seller directly. If they have stock, they'll sell it discreetly under the counter. There are no official retail points.
