TL;DR
Don't go up or down floors — head to the arrivals hall to the gray pillars marked with gate numbers 9, 10 or 13 (gate 14 is currently closed); you can exchange a bit of cash for transport between gates 9 and 10.

Per a Booking.com transfer instruction: in the arrivals hall turn right, use the Burger King as a landmark, and walk to the end of the hall. Usually gate 13 is needed, gate 14 is currently closed. All transfer companies follow the same pickup scheme.

You don't need to go up or down any floors — look for large gray pillars marked with gate numbers right in the arrivals hall. Head to gates 9 or 10, then after exchanging currency, go to gate 13 — everything is on the same level.
