TL;DR
Take dolmus (minibus) route #07 marked 'KEMER' on the side — catch it across the road from your hotel to go to Kemer town, or on the hotel side to reach Antalya. Pay cash, and paying in Turkish lira is nearly twice as cheap as paying in foreign currency.
Look for dolmus minibuses running route #07 with a large 'KEMER' sign on the side — easy to spot.
Direction depends on which side of the road you board: from the hotel side the minibus goes to Antalya, from the opposite side it goes to Kemer.
Payment is cash only — dollars, euros, and lira are accepted, but paying in lira costs roughly half as much as paying in foreign currency.
For small amounts, you can exchange currency into lira at local pharmacies — buy something small and get change in lira.
In Kemer, everyone gets off near the White Tower landmark, where most chain stores and shops are clustered.
From the White Tower you can walk along the pedestrian shopping street Liman to the Marina and Moonlight Park — a good way to combine shopping with sightseeing.
