Best beach in Side Turkey — sandy or pebbly?

For a quieter beach experience, compare Sirma with Sandy Beach: Sirma has a shaded grassy area beneath trees and is considered calmer and more comfortable. At Sandy Beach, sunbeds are packed closely together, making the beach feel busier.

If a hotel has no private beach, the municipal beach is an option: access and facilities are paid, but reasonably priced. It has wooden walkways/decking and was found comfortable by visitors.

The sea entry at Side Kervan hotel is awkward — sand mixed with rocks, and it's easier to enter from the left side. Guests recommend walking to the neighbouring Sural hotel beach instead, though rocks can be found there too.

The hotel next to Ulusoy also has its own private beach, though it's somewhat shorter than Ulusoy's stretch.
