Just past Migros, beyond the park, there's a supermarket with a good selection of cookies and snacks at reasonable prices. They also accept dollars and exchange them for lira.

Outside the hotel zone there are plenty of pharmacies, shops, and souvenir stalls. Small shops and pharmacies accept any currency and give change in the same currency. Major chains like Migros, A101, and Vaikiki give change in lira only. There's a currency exchange office at Mall of Side.
