TL;DR
Side old town is 35 minutes on foot or ~€10 by taxi. Bus #30 from a nearby stop goes to Alara Bazaar and Konakli.
Dolmuş #1 stops right at the hotel barrier — just wave it down, no need to walk anywhere. The windscreen shows 'Side' or 'Manavgat'; ask the driver for 'Antik Side'. Fare is 50 lira per person. For the return trip, take the same dolmuş from the Antik Side bus station. From there you can walk among the ruins or take the tourist train (30 lira, card only).
Walking left from the hotel for 15–20 minutes brings you to Avsallar centre, with cafés, market stalls, pharmacies, exchange offices and chain stores. Dolmuşes to Alanya also stop there — just wave to flag one down. Payment accepted in lira, USD or EUR.
The bus stop is about 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Turn left out of the hotel and take the pedestrian path — it's a shorter route.
Bus #30 departs from a stop just outside the hotel area and goes to Alara Bazaar and Konakli — a good option for a daytime or after-dinner trip.
There's not much to do right by the hotel — just Waikiki beach and small local markets. Side old town is about 35 minutes on foot; a taxi back costs around €10.
