How does breakfast/dinner scheduling work at the Dukes Dubai / NH Collection hotel complex (all-inclusive dining)?

Judging by August 2026 experience, guests could not choose the breakfast venue themselves: hotel management decided where breakfast was served. One guest thought the rules might change in the high season, when there are more guests.

Restaurant entry is by wristband: in September 2026 a staff member stood at the entrance with a scanner that you tap your wristband on. Guests who arrived before lunch said they were given wristbands right away and sent to lunch.

Restaurant and bar opening schedules are updated weekly, so guests should check the current hours and venue allocation on site.

The Salia restaurant is not operating yet. Breakfast and dinner are served as buffets; lunch includes a buffet plus à la carte ordering.
