Best beach in UAE and how much does Saadiyat Island beach entry cost?

From personal experience: Jumeirah beach is decent, especially near hotels, but Al Khan beach was preferred — for genuine connection with the sea rather than surrounding infrastructure. Saadiyat is said to have similarly turquoise water.

Sharjah or Ajman are also worth considering: prices are more affordable, beaches are cleaner than in Dubai, and they're not far away.

In Ajman, the beach in the Dous area stands out — open sea, fine sand, plenty of sunbeds and space. Considered one of the best options in the emirate.

Saadiyat is the best beach in the UAE with open sea. Mamsha Saadiyat charges 125 AED entry, or 89 AED for early birds arriving before 10am. A restaurant promenade is nearby.

Kai Saadiyat beach charges 150 AED including a 50 AED food credit on weekdays. The beach is long and great for walks, with a cafe on site.

Saadiyat Beach Club offers the most complete package: beach plus pool, spa, sauna and gym. Entry is around 300 AED per person.

Hotels on Saadiyat Island offer day passes — check their official websites for current prices. Rixos Saadiyat Island is a popular option with all-inclusive available at relatively reasonable rates.

Abu Dhabi's Corniche beach is free or 10 AED entry, but the sea is sheltered — at low tide it's knee-deep with a muddy bottom. Not ideal for swimming.

Saadiyat is the only beach in the UAE with genuine open sea. Most other Abu Dhabi beaches have stagnant, shallow water — especially noticeable in summer heat. This is the key factor when choosing where to swim.

Among Saadiyat Island hotels: Jumeirah costs around 41,000 RUB half-board, St. Regis around 22,000, and Rixos around 25,000 all-inclusive. Rixos offers the best value for the meal plan.
