What is the hotel buffet food like in UAE — quality and variety?

Hotel buffet quality is rated very high: dishes never run out, empty spots are quickly refilled with fresh food. Pastries and croissants stand out as excellent. Fruit selection includes papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, and berries in addition to the usual options.

Dinner buffet included rolls (decent but not outstanding), lamb skewers, kofta, grilled chicken, and white fish. Slightly fewer desserts than before, but still tasty. Tomatoes were missing from the line that day, though staff brought them upon request. Overall buffet quality remains unchanged.

The buffet selection has barely changed over the past six months: chicken, beef, and fish are always available, with rice, potatoes, and pasta as sides, plus stewed or roasted vegetables. Fruits consistently include watermelon, oranges, melon, grapefruit, and fruit salad. There may be slightly fewer desserts now.
