TL;DR

According to the discussion, beach-towel distribution starts at 8:00 AM. Guests leaving for the beach at around 6:00 AM could not collect towels the previous evening, so confirm the policy in advance or bring your own.

The hotel starts distributing beach towels at 8:00 AM, so they are not available for an early-morning beach visit.

If you plan to go to the beach at around 6:00 AM, ask in advance whether towels can be collected the evening before; this was not allowed in the reported case.

For early departures, a practical backup is to use your own room towel or bring a travel beach towel rather than relying on the morning distribution desk.
