On Chotot, send a message with your requirements and Zalo contact to multiple listings at once. Agents will reply and offer additional options beyond what's listed.

Each local agent typically handles only 2–3 properties, and even within the same building different units may belong to different agents. Work with multiple agents simultaneously to see more options.

Agents often use AI to enhance listing photos. Always ask for extra photos or a video walkthrough, and visit the property in person before committing.

Never transfer a deposit or prepayment for a Da Nang rental before viewing the property in person and signing a contract.
