One example shared: a construction worker hooked up speakers in the evening and sang karaoke alone loudly — the sound carried across the whole block.

Another common noise source: street food vendors on motorbikes with wood-fired stoves, constantly blasting loud audio ads (e.g. announcements for steamed buns/bánh bao).
