To get a card at BIDV, visit a branch with your passport and valid visa. The simplest option is the BIDV MasterCard Ready — a basic debit card with no credit or combo features. The physical card fee is 55,000 VND, paid at the branch cashier. A virtual card is approved and issued the same day.

Approach the staff member at the window to the left of the entrance, hand over your documents, and fill out the application form. The physical card is ready within a few business days — confirm the branch schedule in advance, as some locations are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
