Is Hoi An good for a beach holiday, or is it better just for the Old Town?

If you want more than the beach, a June 2026 recommendation was the VinWonders park (written as “Win Word” in the message), about 15 minutes by taxi from Hoi An: a zoo toured by boat, a bird park, a craft village, rides, a water park with slides and a dancing fountain show at 7 pm. According to the review it is a full-day park with plenty of cafés.
