Since January 1, 2025, Vietnam has a complete ban on e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS, heated tobacco sticks, and hookahs. The ban covers importing, selling, storing, transporting, and using these devices. Bringing them in carry-on or checked luggage is not advisable.
