TL;DR
Most banks require a visa valid for at least 6 months; with a 90-day visa you may try BIDV, but on shorter visas banks usually refuse, especially if only a few days remain before the visa expires.
If your visa expires in just 5 days, it's not worth applying for a card: the bank will block it the day the visa ends, and card issuance itself can take about that many days, so banks are likely to refuse.
With a 90-day visa, you can open an account at BIDV bank and top it up via P2P crypto exchange.
Without official local employment (only remote work), banks require a visa valid for at least 6 months to approve account opening.
Techcombank refused to open an account with a 45-day visa, citing a minimum requirement of a 6-month visa.
