TL;DR
Prices are mixed: seafood and fruit are cheap (oysters, mango), but imported soda and cafes can cost the same as back home or more.
Fresh oysters are very cheap — about 9 pieces for roughly $3-4 (≈300 RUB), a price you won't find back home.
Basic groceries are cheap: a can of cola costs about 30 RUB (~$0.4), and mango is around 100 RUB (~$1.3) per kg.
Not everything is cheap: a small 0.5L bottle of Fanta cost about $2 in a shop — the price of 2 liters back home.
Cafe prices are roughly similar to CIS/Eastern Europe, but food quality is often the same or worse than expected for that price.
