Where can I order 20-liter bottled water delivery in Nha Trang, including northern neighborhoods?

Water quality. In late September 2026 a buyer who used a delivery service recommended in the discussion chose the most basic option and was unhappy: in her words, the water tasted like tap water and smelled of algae. In October 2026 other residents were also looking for 19-liter water delivery of 'decent' quality. On your first order, ask the service which types of water it offers rather than picking the cheapest option blind.

A pump for the bottle. In September 2026 a buyer found that her water delivery service neither sells nor brings pumps for 20-liter bottles. Another participant pointed out that online marketplaces have every option, from a hand pump to an electric one with touch control. If your accommodation has no water dispenser, order a pump in advance.

Price and deposit. In September 2026 a participant in Nha Trang wrote that large 20-liter bottles are bought for 10,000 VND for the water, while the bottle itself costs about 35,000 VND once. On later orders you hand back the empty bottle and get a full one, paying only for the water. This was the reply to a question about whether to order large bottles or buy water in 5-liter packs.

Where to find contacts. In September 2026 one participant found a 20-liter water delivery service in the pinned posts of a local community group, and an experienced member suggested in late August searching the discussion history, since 20-liter bottles come up there regularly. Before ordering, especially to the north of the city or the center, send the service your map location and confirm they deliver there.
