For a medium suitcase, try Cho Dam Market: there are sellers on the second floor. Typical quoted prices were about VND 550,000–600,000, but one seller accepted VND 400,000, so bargaining is worthwhile.

If you're arriving at Cam Ranh airport and hoping to shop locally, don't count on the town itself — the selection is very limited. The only decent shopping in Cam Ranh is inside the airport terminal.
