Which beach area in Phu Quoc is best for families with kids — clean water, no sewage, decent hotels?

Kem Beach and Sao Beach are described as two of Phu Quoc’s top beaches for their blue water, and both are fully equipped for visitors. From the Sunset area, a taxi takes about 5 minutes to Kem and 10 minutes to Sao.

Among the three compared hotels, Crowne Plaza is singled out for sea quality: it is in the north of the island, where the sea is considered noticeably better.

For a trip in early-to-mid March, the northwest area near Grand World is recommended: calm, clean sea and good infrastructure, close to the Safari park and Vinwonders. Hotels there are mostly good 5-star options.

Kem Beach near New World hotel is considered mediocre. If choosing between the two, the Marriott beach area is the better option — cleaner and more comfortable overall.
