A posted $95 small-group tour from Sharm el-Sheikh includes a visit to the Papyrus Institute and an oil factory in Cairo. It does not specifically call this a perfume factory, so confirm when booking whether the oil-factory stop is the perfume visit you want.

As of mid-July, travelers were finding active Cairo tours, but said the itineraries they checked did not include a stop at a Cairo perfume factory.

Travelers on site were booking tours through the hotel representative, and Cairo was one of the available options. If you want a specific stop like a perfume factory, it makes sense to confirm it directly at the time of booking.

According to traveler feedback, excursion sales at the resort were active, with people booking multiple trips including Cairo. That suggests the Cairo route is available, but the exact itinerary may vary by seller.
