Can you take drinks from the all-inclusive bar back to your hotel room in Egypt, and do they check/charge for it at checkout?

TL;DR
Yes, at many Egyptian all-inclusive resorts staff pour juice, water, coffee and even alcohol into your own bottles/cups without questions or tips, and checkout usually doesn't involve extra charges for that.
In early June, a guest took a bottle of sparkling water and a beer from the bar; the beer was returned, and at checkout they weren't charged for the unused water — it seems staff informally track bar usage during the stay rather than strictly enforcing rules.
Bar staff readily pour juice and coffee into guests' own cups, and alcohol into glasses, including ones brought from outside; no one questioned using personal containers.
In June, juice, cola and water were brought to the room without issues and without tipping; if a drink got boring, guests just asked staff to swap it for something else, and they happily obliged.
