Can you use hotel facilities (pool, restaurant, bar) after checkout without a wristband in Egypt all-inclusive resorts?

After checkout the wristbands were cut off but handed back. Pool, beach and snack bar were accessible without issue until 16:00. The only refusal was coffee at the reception bar without a wristband. Luggage storage was free.

At Promenade Beach hotel across two stays, wristbands were cut at key handover but guests still freely used the restaurant, bar and pool until departure — whether checkout was at 16:00 or 21:00.

At Caribbean hotel in Soma Bay, two room cards were issued per person at check-in. One worked reliably, the other kept deactivating — replaced daily at reception but stopped working again by evening, every day for 7 nights. No such card issues at Aladdin hotel.
