How to choose a quiet hotel room in Egypt away from pool and entertainment noise?

One guest (August 2026) noted that the pool area near building 9 (Posh zone) isn't always noisy — this may depend on the season and hotel occupancy. The aquapark zone, however, is usually crowded, but it has no swim-up rooms, so noise from there shouldn't reach guest rooms.

Building 9 has a long pool with many rooms lining it. During one guest's stay, there were many local families with children, causing chaos around the pool — running along the rooms, inflatable toys, jumping off the edge. According to this guest, the first floor suffers from noise even more than the second floor.

One guest reported that pool noise stops as soon as the pool closes for the day, around 6 PM — it becomes quiet quickly. The only remaining noise is from planes taking off nearby.

At check-in, staff can show you on a map which rooms overlook the pool and are available. It's worth clarifying the location in advance — some rooms near the main entrance feel isolated. Stage music is audible but typically shuts off by 22:30.

Sun loungers by the pool were plentiful in April — there was always space even without arriving early. The third row is a sweet spot: close to the bar, the sandbar, and the sea. Towels left on loungers after lunch were not removed.

If booking through a travel agent, make sure to specify in writing that you want a quiet room in a far-away building. Without this note, especially when checking in at night, you may end up next to the entertainment zone where pool noise and shouting continues until 23:00.
