TL;DR
Most Egyptian all-inclusive hotels serve bananas, apples, melon, figs and peaches at breakfast; guava is seasonal and not always available.
On a recent trip guava was completely missing (unusual). But the apples were nice and sweet (though not exotic for locals), figs and peaches were tasty, and bananas — despite looking greenish — were very sweet, different from what's sold back home.
Melon was plentiful and tasty at breakfast. Guests noted that hotel staff seem to read guest chat feedback and adjust the fruit selection based on complaints.
The apple + banana combo at breakfast was well liked. Also good news — carrots weren't removed from the buffet entirely, as some guests had feared.
